The hotel location is central. I found the staff friendly. I really appreciated the spacious room I had. The bed was VERY comfortable.
The hotel rooms seemed quite basic. The vegetarian options were limited.

This boutique hotel had very tasteful decorations. A lot of care clearly went into its appearance (it shows!). The rooms were spacious and the beds had very comfortable pillows. The staff were very cute and friendly. They went out of their way to look after me.
I had a room directly next to the reception. It was noisy. The sound isolation with the outside was nonexistent. Any noise in the morning penetrated through the door. I think, next time, i'll ask for a room far from the lobby.

Really good service and beautiful location
helpful staff sri lankan breakfast central location
I appreciated the location inside the Fort, close to various points of interest. The staff provided assistance with contacting my previous hotel to recover lost items. I was very grateful for their help. The Sri Lankan breakfast was great (i especially recommend it over continental).
The air conditioning in my room wasn't working. This resulted in an uncomfortable night.

The staff offered really good service and were really nice too ensure my needs were met. They were friendly and helpful. Staff promptly addressed any concerns and were readily available to assist with requests, such as arranging transportation. the service was attentive and personalized.

The hotel is within walking distance of shops and beaches. Its position inside the fort provides easy access to cultural and historical sites. The area around the hotel feels very safe to walk around at any time.

I enjoyed the close proximity to the historic area. The hotel features a boutique design, it is not overly large. Food options tasted excellent, and the staff members were very friendly. My stay included good service, a nice room, and a convenient location.

the staff were quick to help. the bathroom was perfect. the beds were the most comfortable i have had abroad. the hotel makes an effort to reduce plastic use, like water bottles.
i was not informed that they had no alcohol license. for dinner i had to select in advance from limited options. my chicken was over salted.
